4. Third-Party Service Providers

  • Calendly— discovery-call scheduling. Your booking data is processed under Calendly’s own privacy policy.
  • Airtable — lead and contact data storage.
  • Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — advertising and analytics tools, including the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API (see Section 5).
  • Vercel — website hosting and infrastructure.
  • Any analytics or advertising tools already integrated into the Site.

5. Advertising Disclosure

We run advertising on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). To measure and improve our campaigns, we use the following tools:

  • Meta Pixel — a JavaScript snippet that tracks page views and conversion events in your browser.
  • Meta Conversions API — a server-side tool that sends conversion signals directly from our servers to Meta.
  • Cookies and localStorage — used to persist attribution data (UTM parameters, click IDs) across your session and between visits.
  • UTM parameters and similar tracking — appended to URLs to identify the source of traffic and measure campaign effectiveness.

You may opt out of Meta’s use of data for advertising purposes via your Facebook ad preferences.

6. Your Rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data
  • Withdraw consent for the processing of your personal data (where processing is based on consent), and request deletion where we have no overriding legitimate basis to retain it

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
