The Site provides information about our specialist placement services and allows prospective clients to complete an assessment and book a discovery call. The Site is a lead-generation and information resource. It does not constitute a guarantee of placement, a guarantee that any specific candidate, caregiver, educator, nurse, or helper will be available, or a binding contract for placement services.

3. Accurate Information

When submitting information via the Site (including assessment answers, contact details, and booking information), you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. We rely on the information you provide to assess fit and prepare for discovery calls.

4. Discovery Calls and Assessments

Completing the assessment on the Site and booking a discovery call is informational and does not by itself create a binding placement agreement. A placement agreement, including details of fees, replacement guarantees, candidate profiles, and specific terms, is subject to a separate written agreement entered into between you and The Prepared House.

5. No Guarantee of Availability

We do not guarantee that any specific candidate, caregiver, educator, nurse, or helper will be available for placement. Availability is subject to our current cohort and matching criteria. Placement timelines and candidate details are discussed during and after the discovery call.

6. Not Professional Advice

Nothing on the Site constitutes medical, legal, immigration, employment, or regulatory advice. The Site provides general information only. You should obtain independent professional advice on any medical, legal, immigration, or employment matters relevant to your household.

7. Your Responsibilities

Families are responsible for:

Complying with all applicable Singapore laws and regulations, including those administered by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM), relating to the employment of domestic workers and the obtaining of required work permits and passes.
Making their own final household decisions regarding the selection and management of any specialist placed through The Prepared House.
Treating any placed specialist in accordance with applicable Singapore employment laws, MOM guidelines, and our Bill of Rights contract addendum (where applicable).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, and code — is owned by or licensed to The Prepared House and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may contain links to or integrate third-party tools, including Calendly for discovery-call scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website or service. Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Prepared House and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
